Any "Token Vouchers" purchased in private or public rounds will become exercisable (“vest”) after a period of 365 calendar days from the date of purchase (the “Vesting Period”).

The Gatochain native Tokens, called “Gato”, are created into Gatochain protocol and will be claimed by each holder after the Vesting Period.
